Proposals are being requested from Vendor to submit bid for Ammunition as ordered by the County Commission of Berkeley County, West Virginia, (hereinafter referred to as “County Commission” or “Commission”). Only written responses to this RFP shall be considered. All materials submitted shall become part of the proposal.
