REPLACE EXISTING DECK AT HEDGESVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT

The Berkeley County Fire Service Board, Inc. will receive sealed proposals for replacing the existing wood deck on the backside of the Hedgesville Fire Department located at 4217 Hedgesville Road, Hedgesville, WV. 

All bid proposals shall include three (3) complete copies of the bid. 

Proposals shall be received Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding County holidays, until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14th at the Berkeley County Fire Service Board office. All sealed proposals shall be addressed as follows: Berkeley County Fire Service Board, Inc. Hedgesville Fire Dept Decking c/o Donna Cross, Administrative Director 400 West Stephen Street, Suite 101 Martinsburg, WV 25401 

Proposals received after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14th, 2024 will be discarded. Bids will be opened and publicly reviewed on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. at the Berkeley County Fire Service Board meeting in the County Commission Chambers at 400 West Stephen Street, 2nd floor. All interested parties are invited to attend. Proposal documents may be obtained at the Berkeley County Fire Service Board office at 400 West Stephen Street, Ste 101, Martinsburg, WV or by contacting the Administrative Director at
