County Offices to Close Thursday and Friday for Independence Day

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (July 2, 2025) - Berkeley County government offices will be closed on Thursday, July 3 and Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. The closure of government offices on Thursday is in accordance with an announcement Tuesday by Gov. Patrick Morrisey to give state employees an extra day off for the holiday weekend. County offices will reopen for regular business hours on July 7, 2025. Contact the Berkeley County Commission at 304-264-1923 for more information.
